Kanat Saudabeyev, the Secretary of State – Minister of Foreign Affairs in Kazakhstan, and Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State in the US, reached an agreement in forming the modalities and the latest bilateral support and mutual consultations format, “Mechanism of bilateral consultations between Kazakhstan and the United States.”

The initial set of talks was held from the 8th to the 10th of March 2010 in Washington, DC. The discussions focused on the collaborative actions in improving and expanding the tactical alliance between the two countries. An agreement was also reached for further executing efforts in enhancing cooperation within the social, political, energy, security and economical aspects.

I hope this small guide helps you if you are ever visiting out capital city, they sure helped me when I visited. The confusion really comes when you try to use the tube system in London, I shall leave that article for another day as it gets even more difficult than travelling by the bus system. If all else fails then I guess you can always rely on a trusted black cab driver.

In case you have never owned or applied for a passport before, let me describe what a passport is and why you need one. A passport is a government document issued by the Department of State that establishes your identity and citizenship to anyone who needs to know. There are ways, however, of undoing any zip from the opposite end to the hasp.

Where the zip joins the material there will be a weak spot, and poking a ball point pen or other sharp object between the teeth of the zip will pop it open, and allow the whole zip to pop open its full length, allowing easy extraction of the items with no regard to the lock.
